The LK-T63 main machine utilizes a C-frame precision mechanical press structure, specifically engineered for three-cavity mold production. It is ideally suited for manufacturing small to medium-sized aluminum foil containers, such as wrinkled-wall and smooth-wall containers. The entire production line features an integrated mechanical and electrical design, primarily consisting of a decoiler, a press machine, a stacker, and a scrap aspiration system.

The press machine is equipped with an independent, floor-standing control cabinet featuring a built-in 10-inch HD touchscreen, allowing operators to monitor equipment status, adjust parameters, and view alarms in real time. The stacker's electrical cabinet is mounted on the side of the machine body, independently managing all parameter settings and operations. Additionally, the bolster is equipped with lifter arms to make mold installation and removal faster and more convenient.
